Terms of use
Last update: 19 October 2026.
The service
Abstr.ax is an MCP gateway of Abstractive BV, Asserenbosweg 4, 9310 Aalst, Belgium, company number BE 0652.625.304. It gives an AI assistant access to the Odoo of your company, through agents that your company sets up. These terms apply to each person who uses Abstr.ax. The agreement between your company and Abstractive applies first.
Your account
- You log in with the Microsoft or Google account of your company.
- Use Abstr.ax only for the work of your company.
- Keep your login for yourself. Do not give tokens or connections to other people.
- Tell your admin or support@abstr.ax at once when you think that another person uses your account.
Fair use
Do not try to get around the rights of an agent, to get access to data of another company, to attack or overload the service, or to copy the software. Do not use Abstr.ax against the law.
AI assistants
Your assistant is a service of another provider, with its own terms. An assistant can make mistakes: check an answer before you act on it. Abstr.ax marks every tool that changes data, so that your client can ask you before a change; whether it asks depends on the client and its settings. You are responsible for the changes that your assistant makes for you.
Availability and changes
Abstractive keeps Abstr.ax available as much as possible, but gives no guarantee of availability unless the agreement with your company says so. Abstractive can stop the service for maintenance and can change or remove functions. Abstractive tells the admins of your company about important changes in advance.
Suspension
Abstractive can stop the access of a person or a company at once when there is abuse or a risk for the security of the service or of other customers.
Rights to the software and the data
The software of Abstr.ax stays the property of Abstractive. The data of your company stays the property of your company.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Abstractive is not liable for indirect damage, for loss of data or profit, or for damage from an answer of an AI assistant or from a change that a person allowed. The agreement with your company sets the limits of the liability of Abstractive.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains which data Abstr.ax keeps and why.
Law and courts
Belgian law applies. The courts of Ghent, Belgium, settle disputes.
